In order for the integration to work some information will be stored. All sensitive information will be encrypted and Phases will not use this information or share it with third parties.

The following information will be stored:

• Podio user Email
• Timezone
• MailChimp Account email
• Client access token & refresh tokens
• Email ids from Podio and MailChimp will be stored temporarily to avoid duplicates.

Please Note - Once the limit has exceeded, the synchronisation will be ignored and will not be reversed.
